(September 30, 2023, 10:28 am)Mike from the 41 Airpark office, is one of the best customer service agents I have encountered. He bent over backwards to make a booking work for me one year ago. Today, I was looking for a car again and failing to find one anywhere. He went through the system several times and then explained why I couldn’t find one. That saved me a lot of futile searching. He genuinely tries to help and has such a great attitude.
