  We have been shopping at PC with the salesman Eronini Decker “E” for years. We always get the best service, the best prices and fast delivery. Even if we shop around, we end up back with E who usually does whatever it takes for us to be happy. We bought a new king bed on Saturday and it was delivered by Thursday with free haul away of our old mattress. Highly recommend PC and ask for “E”!!!

  Very happy with service and installation from PC Richards in Raritan. Purchased multiple appliances this year. I always ask for Stanislaus. He is very patient, knowledgeable and customer service focused. Got the exact features I was looking for at a great price.

  I highly recommend getting your appliances at PC Richard. I've been going there for years, and always get the best deal and great customer service. Ask for Rich Allen. No pressure whatsoever, and knows his stuff. My most recent visit was just to get to see the appliances I wanted in person and was planning to then purchase from Costco. However Rich's knowledge of the appliances and pros and cons of each steered me to the best purchase, and they were able to beat the price on the stove I wanted. Love my new appliances!

  I have been buying appliances from P.C. Richard's for years. They have excellent product.for all potential customers with service to back it up
  The sales staff.is knowledgable and totally dedicated to the customers. Delivery is prompt by neat and clean service persons and keep you advised of delivery time so promised. Not to forget, prices are competitive.

  Just purchased a new Sterns & Foster mattress from the salesmen, Richard Allen. Richard was fantastic. He helped us understand the product lines they carry, gave us a short tutorial of how to determine the scale of soft to firm and then left us to just try them all out without pressure. He was thorough with the sale and got us in and out without any hassles. Who knew PC Richards even had mattresses?!?! We are so pleasantly surprised and will shop here from now on!

I have had exceptional service at P. C. Richard & Son in Raritan, NJ. Also, the prices can't be bea... t. I had an issue with a refrigerator with 6 repairs in less than 2 years. It was incredibly aggravating. But each time the store made sure the fridge was fixed. Finally the manager, Craig, agreed to replace the fridge. Fingers crossed.
