I have had 2 check up/cleaning appointments with Dr. Reynoso and I have been very happy. Both times I was seen promptly at my appointment time and did not have to wait at all. Dr. Reynoso is gentle during the cleaning and exam. I like that he does the cleaning himself, in and out quickly. My previous dentist had you get x-rays go back to waiting room, get check up go back to waiting room get cleaning go back to waiting room. Dr. Reynoso in and out!. I think Dr. Reynoso gives good advice and he is not pushy with recommendations. He also seems knowledgeable about insurance coverage which was refreshing.
I just had an appointment about a week ago and I felt very safe with all of the CoVid precautions they had in place. I received a detailed confirmation email explaining the steps the office has taken to ensure everyone's safety as well as what to expect the day of my appointment and how to cancel my appointment if I've had any CoVid symptoms. When I arrived I called to let them know I was their and was told I could enter with a mask on. They had plenty of hand sanitizer available and even had doors propped open so I did not have to touch door handles. My temperature was taken and both the staff and Dr. Reynoso explained and assured that nobody had experienced any symptoms themselves and they had not traveled.
Great practice, I chose Dr. Reynoso at random when I moved to Somerville 10 years ago and couldn't be happier. Very friendly, never a wait when you show up for an appointment and has always been able to squeeze me in last minute when it's urgent. Definitely recommend!

Dr Reynoso is absolutely fantastic. My kids love going to see him. He is kind, gentle and so friendly with kids. I would not go anywhere else.
