(September 10, 2016, 7:29 am)I went to see Fitness-essentials yesterday and was amazed at how clean, warm and inviting this place was. I did not wait when I walked in, two of the trainers came to the front to meet me. CJ, the owner came and gave me a tour of the suite. Very impressive is all i can say. Looks like my new home.
