Love this place! I met Cristina a few years back and she is amazing! She has been a huge part of my fitness journey. She goes above and beyond for her members and she instructs killer classes (in a great way of coarse!) They are always different, so you never get bored, and they always kick your butt too! No matter what kind of day I've had, I always feel great leaving class. I've seen myself change in so many positive ways because of kickboxing. I would recommend Impact Fitness to anyone and everyone.
Christina is awesome! Her workouts are intense and high-energy and will help you become stronger, fitter, and more flexible. Every class is different so working out regularly doesn't feel repetitive. She is great at helping you set and reach your own specific fitness goals and is always positive and motivational. This goes beyond her workouts to working with you individually on realistic, achievable nutrition plans to help you achieve your goals (she is a certified sports nutritionist). Improving your fitness requires effort and dedication, but if you are committed and work hard, working with Christina will get you there.
Impact fitness is great workout. The instructors are enthusiastic and motivates the group during the class. They are also willing to modify exercises based on the individual’s fitness level.
Tone up for your next event or get ready for summer. Cristina will help you meet your goals. Just make sure you commit and don't give up. It took me 6 months to get to my goal. Cristina helped me along the way.
