They quoted me low/very fair on an old cylinder head. I was in a rush on my job, so I was calling every day to check in. They ended up having to pull two separate heads because the first one they pulled was cracked. If I were in their position, I would have wanted to tell me to "get lost" to keep it politically correct. “I wrecked on of my tires and had it replaced at Affordable Tire. After, there was a warning light, that Affordable Tire couldn't figure out. Not to worry, they sent me to Xpress Tire and had me ask for Alfredo. Alfredo was great. He dug into the issue and got it resolved. I guess Alfredo works at both places. There are four brothers that work at the two locations. All very pleasant and very customer focused. We need more shops like this.”
