“I was so excited to cook for our family dinner, but the electric range wouldn't heat up. Everything looked fine, the button was lighting up. However, there was no heat at all. The repairman from Appliance Repair Watchung said the problem was a blown fuse, and he fixed it right away. Impressive!”

“This is my favorite Home Depot in the area and I’ve been shopping there for almost 20 years. The people who work there are largely friendly and usually knowledgeable. Of course you’ll run into the occasional person who doesn’t know but they pretty easy to move on. The store used to be better staffed but they’ve gone the way of many other stores and typically have a skeleton crew on staff - at least that’s how it appears to me. So, it’s definitely challenging to find someone to answer questions. Or if you do find someone, you might have to wait in line with a couple others who are hawking an associate that’s answering someone else’s question.”
