“I came to Trinity to treat pain in both knees. I had difficulty sitting, squatting, stairs, even walking. From day 1, everyone at Trinity was very friendly and helpful. Within just a few minutes of my consultation, my therapist Matt was able to identify that the pain was triggered by weak muscles in my hips. I was given simple yet challenging exercises as well as an at-home routine. Matt also did manual therapy and stretching which really helped the healing (plus it felt really good!). Within 2.5 months I was discharged with very little knee pain and significantly stronger hips/legs. Most importantly, I learned a lot about how to exercise with better form and stretch to prevent any future injuries. I would recommend Trinity to anyone that needs any kind of physical therapy.”

“We could not be any happier with CareOne for my Mom! My Mom was living with us and her needs began to fall outside of what traveling nurses, aids and OTs could provide. We went to CareOne one day completely unannounced and their Director, Aly took us under her wing and hasn’t stopped being a constant presence and help to us for the last three months. We have been through some rough patches with my Mom’s mental health and they have responded to calls and texts from us within minutes, sometimes seconds. My Mom is a difficult patient even in the best of times and the CareOne staff is patient and kind even in the worse moments. The help and stress relief we have received is beyond anything we could have ask for. The PT and OT services are wonderful and very encouraging for Mom!
