“Overall the crew was great but getting information, important information, in an appropriate timely manner was lacking. At the completion of the project opting to have the lawn restoration and final grading handled by NJ septic management, a truck and trailer used to spread the hay for covering the seed was driven right over the septic drainage field causing damage/an uneven surface to the newly graded and seeded ground. I contacted Jason a week ago by e-mail to express my dissatisfaction and haven’t received a reply. Update: 10/26/18 the crew from NJ Septic Management finally came back to repair the ruts. I am happy they finally responded to fix the damage but I would still caution using this company if you expect prompt call backs and clear communication, however the pricing was competitive and workmanship was probably above the standard, hence the edit from 1 to 4 stars.”

“Best Bagels in Hillsborough period. Only bagels in central NJ that are even close to NYC north NJ quality of Bagels. Service is dramatically lacking. Nearly impossible to place a phone order. Especially on the weekend. Very frustrating. Sometimes food is a little rushed and sloppy. But overall food is pretty good. The staff is friendly. They just need to be properly staffed so the phone can be answered. I hope the owner reads this and puts an extra person on the phones. Especially on weekends. All I want to do is place a phone order and pick up. My whole family loves the food. It just takes half a dozen phone calls and a little luck to order ahead by phone. Other customers have to being having similar experiences. But I still go because other bagel shops in the area have weak bagels.”

“We were redoing our first floor which required extending the wood floor into the new kitchen and replacing carpeting on stairs. Joe is incredibly knowledgeable about all types of flooring and used his insight to give us spot-on guidance. They extended the wood floor, matching it perfectly, refinished the entire first floor, and replaced carpeting on stairs, as well as washing the old runners. All came out perfectly and we are thrilled with the work, and the experience working with Joe. Highly recommended!”
