I went outside to nurse my baby and she set up one of those outside heaters for me and did everything she could to accommodate me. “I've been going to yoga central as a young teenager and im in my late 20s now. They have plenty and lovely selections of classes and different levels to take, not just yoga. Their instructors are all wonderful people, Becky Moats is my favorite instructor, everyone should take a class of hers, you will receive knowledge, comfort, encouragement, lots of love and patience, you will definitely laugh during a class of her's too. Yoga has helped me tremendously with my addiction and mental health issues, I've learned things in class I've been able to use in my daily life to help me cope. I encourage all to visit Yoga Central, they have the cutest little boutique too! ????”

“I arrived here and not familiar with the area had a difficult time finding the place. It is in the same building as an Indian Restaurant. I was seated very quickly and the place was moderately busy. It did not take long to place my drink order and food. I order the crab cakes which had very good flavor. They were a tad-bit on the mushy side, but glad I ordered them. I also order the lamb sliders which were very good. I would order those again. Finally, I order a pizza with full understanding that i was in a sports bar; therefore, I did not expect high end pizza. Well, the pizza was the big disappointment. The sauce was bland and there was very little seasoning or flavor. I wish I would have ordered a few more lamb sliders. The bar is a nice place to view a game and there are plenty of TVs and space. If I find my place in the area again, I would not mind stopping in again.”
