I will say that just due to the recent customer service alone from the owner I plan to give the bakery another try. Not only did the owner apologize and wanted details to look into the issue she refunded my purchase without me even asking her to. Maybe they had an iffy day but I will say customer service goes a long way and they just earned me back for another try. I'm changing my rating from 2 to 5 for excellent customer support.”

Dr. B and his staff were able to provide the retainers the same day which makes life easier for the parents. The level of service we received from the entire staff, in Basking Ridge as well as Chester, has been fantastic. Jason #1192 came back 3 times and was extremely thorough in figuring out where they came from and aggressive in getting rid of them. “Nice walking area. Can see remnants of old canal systems that were used to move goods around by mule drawn barges in the canals. Canals connected to major waterways, and allowed for extended usage of major waterways transportation systems. Definitely an example of a bygone age of transportation before more modern ways of conveyance.”

“This is very well maintained store. Staff is very friendly. This is the only store / chain which has very cordial closing announcement. Unlike other big box stores whose announcements practically mean hurry up and get out, Harmon’s closing announcement asks customers to continue shopping and keeps registers open. I complimented manager for it and his response was, this is what we do as a policy, let people shop peacefully. Stores and staff attitude like this does and can make going to stores cool again.”
