  I have a LG refrig that went on the blink on Saturday....the long Memorial day weekend.... I called Sears and they best they could do is come June 1st..a week away....ha ha what a joke. So I Called Stark over the weekend and they were closed for the holiday but I left a message and they called me back Tuesday Morning and came the same day....diagnosed the problem, and it was the circuit board again....the one that Sears replaced last year....and it took Sears 5 days to get part.....Wednesday Stark called and they will have to part tomorrow and put it in...so that took 3 days.....last year I was with out a refrig for 2 1/2 week waiting for a sears appt. and parts to be ordered......I will from now on use Stark all the time.....Thank You Stark

  My washer was not working and the person who answered the phone was knowledgeable, courteous, and scheduled our repair promptly. Mike came out to the house the next day and repaired the washer. Very nice people! I will call them again when I need an appliance repaired.

  I can't speak highly enough of stark company. When my refrigerator broke down. N my sons meds needed. To be kept cold. I was calling everywhere. They came out right away. I highly recommend them

  I find Stark Appliance to be straight forward ,courteous and trustworthy . I had a problem with my refrigerator . I would find a small puddle coming from underneath it and some of the food in the freezer getting soft (I thought one of the kids had spilled something or left the door ajar ) . I cleaned it up and the next day found the another puddle . I called Stark and told their lady that answered what was going on . She was very nice and helpful and said she would try to fit me in by the end of that day . Their technician came out with in a couple of hours . He found that it had a small hole in hose on the back of my fridge and the hose had also come loose. He said he might have the same hose in his van , which he did . He had my fridge running perfect in about 10 minutes.They only charged me the $ 85 .00 which is the service fee . They did not charge me anything extra for the hose or time he spent .   Mike from Stark came to our house to give us an estimate on our washing machine. He was very fair and honest in his estimate. What he recommended was to purchase a new washing machine as it was going to be to costly to repair. If we ever need service in the future, we will use Stark Appliance for any of our appliance needs.
