(April 25, 2017, 4:39 pm)No better gym around. Gym is always open, clean, and inviting. Matt is always ready to answer questions and help out customers. Snap fitness and other 24 hour gyms can't compare.

Everyone is welcoming, Matt is the best and friendliest gym owner I've ever met; not only does he know every member, but he's taken members' advice on what to change to cater to our needs. Dumbells up to 150, 3 squat racks + a Smith machine. I'm not much of a cardio guy bit I've never seen people wait to use a treadmill or elliptical. The gym isn't enormous, and imo it adds to a family atmosphere which makes this place so much fun to work out at.
