I had a great experience at Northway Auto. The deal was straight forward and the car was very clean. I thought I was treated very well and professionally. It’s tough finding clean used cars without any surprises but this dealership is highly recommended. I would recommend Northway Auto to anyone. My salesman Mike was very nice.
The Northway team is by far one of a kind. I was very pleased with my experience. I was in and out in the same day with financing. The vehicle I have - had no issues. I had my mechanic check out 4 of their cars and not one had a problem. I picked the one that best fit my budget for financing. The paperwork was fast and very well explained to me. There was one rude customer in there while i was there who seemed to be intoxicated- the management took care of the situation with such grace. Also NO hidden fees on my purchased that were not previously explained to me. I would recommend Northway to ALL of my friends and family.
I have waited 6 months to leave my review because most issues happen months later. Well I have had NO issues with the vehicle or anything else. Very great experience with the sales staff purchasing my BMW X5. The process was quick and easy even with financing. The finance lady explained everything throughly and did not hide any fees. If you are looking for a different unique experience with much quality, I highly suggest you go here. You will not find a place like Northway.
Purchased a 2011 Chevy Malibu nice car happy with the purchase sales staff was nice to deal with. Only comment I would make to the dealer is that when your selling a vehicle I would say that in the future make sure to give the customer a working key fob and a spare set of keys and I this is not something your willing to do then inform the customer of this. Otherwise everything else was good.
Very friendly and professional staff. The vehicle I bought was fairly priced and I was not pressured at all to buy any vehicles from the staff. Sometimes at other dealerships they are always looking to make a sale and can’t take no for an answer but you won’t have to worry about that here! This was my first experience buying a car on my own and Donna made that process incredibly easy because she answered any questions I had. She also had all the paperwork ready when I picked up the vehicle so I was in and out in only a few minutes. I highly recommend this dealer and if any of my friends or family ever need a used vehicle in the future I will be sure to tell them to check Northway Auto’s website.
