  I had a battery and power jack issue with my computer. I took it to Microsoft where I bought it, and they said they would have to send it away for 6-8 weeks and would cost $180-220. I can't afford to have my computer be gone that long as I freelance, so when a friend told me about Gans, I figured I'd see what they could do. In less than a week, I had my computer back all fixed for around $200. They are super nice too! I highly recommend Gans!

  I'm pretty technically proficient...I've got a couple IT certifications, have worked in the consumer electronics industry, even turned my house into a smart home. So when my computer bit the dust i couldn't figure it out for the life of me. I've never taken my computer to the shop but gave Gans a try, I was hesitant initially but within about 2 hours Jonathan from Gans had, diagnosed, repaired and re-imaged my computer. They were friendly, professionally and gave me some options moving forward. Communication was perfect and the price very reasonable. I'll certainly be back to support this great local business.

  Great Services. The people who run this store are very compassionate, and always looking to help their customers. They also never rip their customers off. Well run business, and I strongly advice going to them for computer issues. These guys are fast, efficient, and overall great at what they do. Thumbs UP!!
