(July 3, 2018, 2:29 pm)in June 2018 Took the 2-day Beginning Blacksmithing course with Mace Vitale (TV's "Forged in Fire" show winner 2017) and had a terrific learning experience. Plan to take more craft courses here. And, if you are a camper, you can stay at the close-by Dingman's Campground (tents & RV's allowed with [some sites] having electric + water) in the national park area).

(March 20, 2018, 2:28 pm)Definitely worth the drive for the gallery and the store. Especially during the holidays.For those interested in classes, they are the best in the area. They may seem expensive, but I have to say they are worth every penny. The instructors are top notch.

(May 30, 2017, 10:58 am)I can only speak to the blacksmithing facilities and teachers, but my experience here in the spring of 2016 was great! I learned a lot in two days and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to try their hand at blacksmithing. With every student having their own forge and anvil, you can spend 100% of your time working when your taking a class here. Great!
