Caring attentive staff. Everything was explained to me so that I understood
what was being done.
My experience was smooth. Staff and Dr were very friendly, informative and accommodating.
Staff very professional and friendly. Did not wait long to have my imaging completed and was well informed the procedure of the reading of results and report time to referring physician. Very courteous to patients. I recommend this facility
I had a little trouble with the billing and medical insurance. Both the insurance company and the facility told me they were "in-network" but then when it was submitted it came back as out of network. Fortunately, I only had to pay the "adjusted price" but it still was more than I should have had to pay. It seems the problem was caused because the original name of the facility was Advanced Imaging and it was taken over by ImageCare, and all the insurance issues are not worked out. Otherwise, the people at ImageCare were excellent.
The staff are very kind and friendly. I needed an x-Ray to make sure my nose wasn’t broken and they took me in almost immediately. Very quick service.
