  If you are interested in self exploration and wellness - Niyama Yoga is for you. Nicole, the founder and owner, treats everyone like family. Niyama offers yoga teacher trainings and I have throughly enjoyed my Yin teacher training. Wonderful and professional insights for life on and off the mat. Thank you Nicole and Mary!

  Have tried their new student pack. I like that the groups are small and not crowded. Teachers are great, although I only tried hot yoga, I met 2 or 3 teachers. I would prefer the room to be even hotter, but maybe it’s not proper for the standards/ requirements. I like that they host different events and retreats as well. I’d probably consider getting my certification here too.

  Nisama Yoga is just a great place to practice yoga and to just be. The class offerings are vast and varied. The instructors care and take interest in their craft. The studio is welcoming for beginners as well as to those with an advanced practice.
  The sense of community that has been fostered is amazing. And then to stand in Warrior II and look out onto the lake either early morning as the sun rises or the evening classes when it sets or has set and the moonlight hits the lake.... incredible!

  Niyama Yoga is by far one of the best yoga Shalas around. I've been practicing yoga for decades and have been to dozens of studios. The sense of "Kula" at Niyama is amazing. I've never felt such support and Dharma from a Yoga Studio.

  I attended a yin yoga class at the Sparta location and just loved the space, the views of the lake and the atmosphere. The teacher was knowledgeable and had such a warm energy. I felt so good when I got home that night and had the best nights sleep! I am looking forward to trying a vinyasa class there and can't wait to go back to that space.
