Tri County Behavioral Care

I started therapy about 6+ months ago due to severe anxiety. I am so beyond lucky that I was paired with Gina as my first therapist. I quickly realized that working with her was a perfect match. I have made SO much progress since first starting and I know I couldn't have done it without Gina's help. She is incredibly kind, patient and understanding but she also knows when to push you out of your comfort zone. I went from barely being able to leave my house to being back at work, productive AND im feeling confident while doing so. She is truly awesome!! I also want to shout out the wonderful receptionists at the front. They are always so willing to be flexible if I need to change an appointment and are always so welcoming when I come into the office !! I have had such a great experience here :)

I could not be happier with my experiences at Tri County Behavioral Care. I have seen so much self-growth and improvement because everyone there makes you feel safe, secure, cared for, and heard. They are also extremely flexible when it comes to scheduling issues and anything else that may come up. I can not recommend this practice more. I am so so thankful that I found it and started coming here. :)

I have had a great experience as a patient here. I started in September of 2021 and was seeing a therapist who has now went on maternity leave. She is amazing! When she left, she made sure to carefully assign her patients to other therapists and briefed my new therapist on what we have been working on. I also like the new therapist.
Admin-wise I have had a good experience. They notify me via text about closures due to bad weather and then that the session will be virtual. They also notify me if my therapist will be out and to call to reschedule. I also feel they are more responsive with the texting than calls so I end up texting them which to me is better.
Overall, I am very happy with Tri-County.
