You can tell that they understaffed at the moment but it happens across most of the industries. Yet, our lattes along with bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches came out great , delicious and just pretty. He was multitasking to the max, talking on two phones (one on each ear) to figure out our problem, while on the computer, loading things on our cell phone and checking out another customer with the credit card machine. They had to deliver the order to a restaurant the day before the event, and the restaurant kept the bouquets in their cooler. When I arrived and saw the bouquets they were beautiful and as shown on the website. It was a huge relief that they did such a good job, especially since there would have been nothing that I could have done should there have been a problem.
