(April 10, 2023, 2:14 pm)My experience with the farm was positive from start to finish. The people there are lovely. I picked up chicken and lamb from them. The chicken was spatchcocked, marinated for an hour and roasted in the oven. It was so juicy and tender! The leg of lamb was dressed and roasted in the oven. The lamb was not gamy at all! I am going back for more!

What made it even better was receiving my order in a very fast turn around time and the taste of the lamb and chicken are second to none I’ve ever had before! I am so thankful to have found this gem of a small business.

It's wonderful to be able to see and taste the results of properly fed and raised egg-laying ducks and chickens! All the dishes and baked goods I've made with these eggs have tasted so much better than any store bought organic eggs. Yum!
