You can tell that they understaffed at the moment but it happens across most of the industries. Yet, our lattes along with bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches came out great , delicious and just pretty. He was multitasking to the max, talking on two phones (one on each ear) to figure out our problem, while on the computer, loading things on our cell phone and checking out another customer with the credit card machine. He was knowledgeable, helpful and extremely efficient. Very refreshing to see someone working hard at their job, has knowledgeable information to assist customers and can solve the problem. “We had a bed bug problem so we called Jeff...he came and gave us an estimate which we accepted and scheduled a heat treatment for our house and car...we didn't want toxic chemicals spread throughout...he came on time as scheduled... After one month they came back with a canine to inspect for stragglers...which showed there were a few...Jeff scheduled a follow-up treatment with a "non-toxic" pesticide at no additional cost... they also provided a written report of the inspection... Came back today with canine to recheck for stragglers... none found... I don't have the words to express my gratitude to Jeff and his staff for the professionalism and dedication they exhibited in helping rid me of a frightful and annoying problem.
