“I have been to the Newton ER about 4 times now between myself and my kids and every single time I am blown away by the kindness, professionalism, and SPEED we get from the staff here. Everyone always makes my kids feel better and not fearful of the visit. I had to bring my 2yo in for a rabies series (4 times through the ER!) and although the series is brutal, the staff always remembered him and made him smile and laugh and they were generally concerned about his well-being. I am always impressed by everyone that I meet going through the ER!”
