Not only does he know Kia vehicles inside an out, but unlike managers at other dealerships, he always makes his recommendation only looking at what the car really needs. He also goes out of his way to interact and get involved with customers to make them feel very comfortable. He went out of his way for me this time just like every time! There is never a sense of pressure at this service center. The cars get fixed right the first time and the bills are always as expected and fair. Overall, i am very pleased as always!”
