Had an MRI this morning and the MRI technician was amazing. Very nice and informative. Made me feel comfortable. I gave 4 stars and not 5 because of my interaction with the 2 ladies at the front desk this morning. I do not want to get into detail, but if they had paid attention and listened to the conversation I had with them this morning, I would not have felt offended by something they asked me that I had spoken of with them a few minutes earlier.
Great experience - I was pretty nervous about my ultrasound and the staff made it really easy. Kim at the front desk was very helpful and my tech, Neida, kept me calm and I felt very confident in her ability to do a great job. Thanks, everyone!
Everyone was very nice. Tech Steve was really great. I told him I am sensitive to the noise of the MRI machine. He explained everything that i would experience and was very considerate of my feeling. Facility had parking and was very clean. I would highly recommend, if you need to get required tests.
I was attended as a walk-in. The front staff, specifically the lady in the first desk was so very kind. My wait was very minimal and it was pleasant to see how each person was treated with so much compassion, especially the elderly. My xrays were so fast, it was in and out. Everyone was so friendly, I highly recommend this place. So happy I found it. ????
The Cranford location never disappoints. I have been here twice and everyone has always been understanding and polite. Upon hearing my story, one of the receptionist had the urge to come out and around just to give me a hug. You can genuinely see that the people working here are all amazing in their own ways.
