  My fiance and purchased a wedding set (engagement ring and wedding band) at elegant creations. As beautiful as the set was, it wasn't practical for my daily use, and some of the pave became loose.
  
  I went back and spoke with the owner, and after speaking with him and explaining the situation, he went above and beyond to help us.
  
  I never expected anyone to treat us with so much respect and be so kind to us. The owner exchanged my ring for one that was by far a better quality ring and even customized it so that it was exactly what we wanted.
  
  We are so thankful and happy with our new ring! More importantly, I want to give praise to them for the magnificent work that they did, the patience that they had, and the class and dignity that they treated us with. Because of our great experience with them, we will be returning customers for years to come.

  I recently purchased some diamond studs from Elegant Creations, and couldn't be happier! Finding the perfect ones was a bit hard, considering they had a huge selection to choose from. The customer service was amazing! The sales person showed me a chart explaining the 4 c's which helped me narrow down my selection. I will definitely be coming back here for my next jewelry purchase, and refer all my friends and family.
