  Empanadas are amazing. The passion fruit sangria is perfect. The live music was an added bonus. Would go back for dinner next time since the scene changes after 10pm. More lounge and club atmosphere.

  If you like Colombian Food, you need to visit this place in New Jersey. They food is delicious and the service is awesome. Management service always the best. He is attentive to all his customers. Live music all weekends.

  The place is very well decorated and the food is great. Expect to pay $12-$30. The ambiance is awesome and some music plays on certain days. My only issue is the food times, it does take a little while for them to cook anything- maybe it’s made from scratch. Parking can be an issue if it’s a busy night.

  This place has improved a lot. I cannot compare to first location yet, because they somehow are better. But compared to when they opened this location, it has better up a lot. I will do agree though that it also depends of your server. Overall the food is great, I think they hired better kitchen staff or the staff from the other location teach this one, because is pretty comparable.

  As always it's a delight visiting this place. First and foremost the service is better than art a Disney resort. The staff is always so pleasing...EVERY SINGLE ONE...they're attentive and very great at convincing you to get what you didn't think you even needed. The food...WOW...let's just say this...I travel from Staten Island on a weekday just for the food. Their chef should be praised and the purveyor of their meats...amazing quality! The ambiance is so fun, warm, welcoming and their restaurant and even bathrooms...SUPER CLEAN!!!! Their prices are incredibly low for the experience off their establishment! I always leave so happy when I visit Parador Rojo...oh and do yourself a favor...try their Parador Rojo Margarita. Yuju won't regret it.

(908) 469-5020. Pros: Great food and great portions for the value. Sunday afternoons there is live Spanish music. The environment is friendly and accommodating. I've eaten at the original Parador Rojo location countless times, but am glad a second branch is open to accommodate more customers.
