I called them today, right before the start of a holiday weekend, to see if they could assist in cutting down a few bathroom floor tiles. Jim, the VP, answered the phone and politely invited me to come into the showroom immediately and have them take a look to see what they could do. The office space, showroom, and working area was impeccable and extremely clean. They were able to make all the cuts I asked for and they were done precisely as needed within 15 minutes. Whether you need 7 or 700 tiles, this is the place I recommend to everyone and anyone looking for remodeling services, counters or a tile company.
