Walter is a lifelong martial artist and is a great instructor. The school has a very nice atmosphere. Excellent facilities.

I absolutely love this place! I have 2 boys that are complete opposites. One needed help with confidence (bullied and quiet) while the other needed discipline. I am pleased to say that this school offered help in both areas. My son is more confident and actually begs me to make sure he doesn’t miss a class and the younger one says he can’t wait to go back. It is a friendly environment with knowledgeable trainers that has become a home away from home.

Fight and fitness MMA is an awesome place! If you want to get in shape, be prepared for the best workout for your life. If you want to learn to fight, the professor is phenomenal. Super helpful if it’s your first session also. I would recommend this fight club to anyone!

Probably the best Muay Thai gym I've been to by far. Walt is an amazing instructor and you will definitely learn something different every class. With the help of Demetri , this gym and their fighters are unstoppable. 100% would recommend, any and all age groups.

I appreciate the great atmosphere, motivation and sense of teamwork from everyone in the class. Walt is very informative and patient with us. He makes sure that we’re learning effectively and that we can continue to develop our learned skills every week. His teaching method allows for me to feel like my ultimate goals are attainable.
