They were patient with us which was great, we had a lot of questions. Nothing was rushed even though there were other customers in the store asking questions. When we were done shopping they even carried our supplies to the car for us. It was a great experience and we will be telling others about this place. Btw...our floors came out beautiful!

We are SO happy with the floor quality and color - my husband and I would recommend Tri Star in a heartbeat. Mike is a great guy with a high level of integrity who followed through and delivered on all commitments and exceeded our expectations.
