(May 15, 2019, 12:29 pm)I've had the car for 6 months with zero issues. Arrow Motors is a quaint friendly family owned car dealership with big dealership warranties and service. Their online prices may be cheaper than the window prices as they update the pricing online and have to get around to updating the window stickers on the lot. This happened when I visited but as soon as I asked someone and they honored the internet price that I had a print out of (so be sure to screenshot or print out the offer you're interested in just to be safe). I personally dealt with Shawn and he was a pleasure! Car shopping can be irritating and stressful but Shawn felt like a longtime friend. He was very courteous, replied promptly and answered all of my questions. He even allowed me to take the car to my personal mechanic to have it checked out. Arrow is one of the rare dealerships in the area that does not add on ridiculous fees to drive up the cost of the car at the end of the sale. The sales manager was very helpful in negotiating to fit my budget and he was very straight forward and kind. Their vehicles come with a 3 month warranty, too! Very thankful for a hassle free and enjoyable car buying experience! If you're in the area shopping around, definitely check them out for any used vehicles.
