  Bought a Deluxe Tour of Manhattan for me and a visiting relative via Groupon. The tour was great. We really loved it. The pilot was very pleasant and did a great job pointing out the landmarks. We were really impressed with the people and love that there were no hidden fees involved in the Groupon offering or attempts to up-sell us once we became a captive audience. Highly recommended tour for tourists and NY'ers alike.

  Great experience. Safe and smooth ride. Pilot was safe and friendly. Other staff was very helpful and the photo flight prices were reasonable.

  A great experience
  
  The staff were professional and accommodating. With the likelihood of rain during our time slot they pro-actively reached out to see if we wanted to schedule an earlier time in order to avoid the rain.
  
  Check-in was quick a painless. The flight was everything that we wanted it to be.
  
  Having flown with the operators from the helipad near battery park, this experience was significantly more relaxing and personal. It did not feel like a conveyor belt of tourists . Also, it is so much easier to be flying out of NJ rather than heading in to Manhattan for the other operators.
  
  Another plus compared to the operators out of Manhattan was that this is a four seat helicopter so nobody gets stuck in the middle of a row of three !
  
  When we have visitors in town, we always recommend the helicopter flight to see New York. This is the second time that we have used Heliflights and they are now most definitely our operator of choice.

  First time ever in a helicopter. We flew the NY city tour up and down the Hudson River. Perfect time. The views were incredible. They made me feel so safe and secure. Definitely going back for another flight. Thank you so much.
