My car overheated and I needed to bring it to a repair shop ASAP for repairs. I was out of town, and they were the only place that answered my call. Brought my car in for a diagnosis (at 4:30 pm), and they immediately figured out the problem.
Unfortunately, I had to take my business to my local dealer, due to needing my car back ASAP, and Netherwood not having the necessary parts at the time to repair my car. The owner was very helpful and understanding of my situation though, and was nice enough to give me a complimentary diagnosis when he didn't have to. He even let me wait in his lot while the tow service was on it's way.
I'm not from the Plainfield area, but if I were to ever relocate closer to the town, Netherwood Auto would have my business in a heartbeat.

Very, very pleased with the quality service, timeliness, and price. They changed my alternator in no-time-flat and got me back to work with a minimum of disruption.
