Just went to the Open House, wow such lovely people and workers, the apartments are spacious and accomodating. 6 month waiting list for 1 bedroom and 1 year for 2 bedroom. Such a nice place, laundry and garbage room. Parking etc. I loved it.

Adult over 55 living community. Needs updated renovation and better services for Senior living. Not maintained adaquetly or managed well . Seniors and disabled are told that if there is a flood or emergency in apts have to move there furniture and facility have staff that offer limited services that are there job and duties to perform and are being paid for. Management are always being change or replaced(leaving) . Tenants are moving in and out. Are becoming more interested in money not quality of life or making you comfortable in your living conditions. Was maintained earlier years in impeccable services( 8---9 year's ago ). State needs to be more concerned about tenants of Seniors, disabled and handicapped more so than incompetent , and lasy, and non qualified employees. Have no idea of what they are doing for Elderly or Disabled people. Facility needs to be overhauledby competent Employees and Workers in Adult Hospitality Services.
