    No problems with anybody in there, no problems with any other renters in there. Everybody was nice. I never felt unsafe. I always had access to my belongings.

    Great service, nice staff.
    Update, Diasia was beyond helpful! Diasia had all my questions answered. I went from 1 storage to 3 due to her knowledge in size, nearest entrance & lighting. She definitely deserves recognition, as a small business owner I know how difficult it is to find someone passionate & dedicated to their job.

    Bryce was great help! Got greeted as soon as I entered. No lie i came in there a good 3 times in a day with different questions & he properly took the time out to go over things with me. He even walked to showed me the different sizes with no problem! & i loved that.. I’ve been working in customer service industry for years and i can tell his goal was to make me happy & help me the best way he can.. people like you bryce deserve extra stars!! Thanks to you & the team!

    Bryce was very helpful today with signing up for a storage unit. It was truly quick and easy, he showed us the units virtually and I honestly spent less time here than I've spent in various businesses. Truly appreciate the generosity, transparency and quickness of the visit.
