Was just a wash and roller set and I let her blow dry when normally I just wrapafter the rollers (no flat iron tho it is part of it) (last person who did my hair underprocessed it so texture was off so wanted to try blow dry)
And hair came out so soft and light and smooth (won't blow dry again next time tho) don't know what shampoo and conditioner they use but my hair liked it
Parking is hard but doable.

Def. recommend. No harsh smell like Keratin, much faster and WAY LESS IRRITATING.
Isabel and Jasmine were very nice.
