(November 7, 2019, 7:02 pm)So, I have to say JP is the most caring kind hearted person I have ever met. We had a mix up today that led me to be very irate and leave a hasty review out of anger. This place will definitely look out for its customers and take the best care of your car. My pilot had a horrible grinding sound and I saw 4 different mechanics, none of who could figure it out. When we went to JP Autotech they were the ones to finally figure out what’s wrong and fix it. I will definitely be returning and will recommending all my family and friends.

(October 6, 2019, 9:37 am)J knows his cars and engines well. I explained my situation and shared the opinion of another mechanic (whom wanted $2k+). Yet J didnt jump to conclusion. He identified the problem with my BMW and charged me less than $100 for thr fix - thus, honest and fair!.
