Best things about the gym:
- Programming that sets goals and measures improvement.
- Justin is a seasoned athlete and you can always go to him with questions knowing that you'll get a no-nonsense answer.
- Coaches have been vetted and are knowledgeable and friendly.
- Evelyn and Justin create a really friendly atmosphere where newcomers always feel welcome and members help each other.
- Social activities that bring us closer as a group.

10/10 would recommend. I drive 30 minutes to get there.

Garden State Athletics is amazing! The workouts combine strength, endurance, agility and mobility training. The coaching staff are encouraging, knowledgeable and motivate you to push yourself hard. They focus on proper movements and tailor workouts to meet the individual needs of each athlete. I especially like the gym setup / equipment and number of classes offered 7 days a week. COVID precautions and cleanliness standards are in place so I feel confident working out in a safe manner. I LOVE my GSA village!

I can't say enough about this gym! The coaches are phenomenal! They are extremely knowledgeable, motivating, assist you in the goals you are looking to achieve. After tearing my ACL they encouraged me to come before surgery to keep my strength and have been so accommodating post repair. They modified each workout for me without hesitation and encouraged me every step of the way! They have done an fabulous job of keeping their members safe throughout the pandemic too. If you are looking for a gym that cares about you, your goals (whatever they may be) and make you feel as if you are a part of a "family" who is encouraging and motivating this is the place for you!
