  Tim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during our reservation process. He knew more information than the 800 phone number and never once misled us. He even took it upon himself to stay late and help us through our reservation past business hours. He put the customer first and delivered with a high level of customer satisfaction that sets the bar for others to be measured against. Thank you Tim!

  I needed moving supplies so I stopped into this store for the first time. The Assistant Manager, Maria, was extremely helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. There was one question she could not answer, but she did not hesitate to pick up the phone to reach out to the Store Manager, Tim. They quickly gave me the answer. I was able to buy everything I needed for my move: tape, bubble wrap, paper, mattress covers, various sizes of boxes, etc. Maria even helped me with the door and then helped me out to the car! Exceptional customer service! I highly recommend this shop, Extra Space Storage. It’s just behind Wendy’s off N Dale Mabry Hwy, north of Van Dyke Road.

  Tim was extremely helpful as well as friendly. He made sure he showed me multiple units so I can make a clear decision. The storage unit was clean and kept up very well. I would recommend anyone that’s needing storage and in the area to chose this location. You won’t be disappointed.

  Decided to get a storage unit to keep stuff there until my boyfriend and I decided to get a place. We got a great online pricing and Tim helped find the right size for what we needed to keep in there. Facility is super clean and easy in and out access! Great facility with great people who work there😃

  Great facility, modern, and very easy to navigate. We needed to store our household items and furniture while we are between homes. Multiple entrances and large freight elevators. Tim was extremely helpful in getting us set up in our unit. He's very professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, honest. Prices are competitive. I absolutely recommend this facility for your storage needs.

  Very well organised and accessible spot. They provide generous portions and for economical prices. We loved the food very much and the staff members were very amiable and explanatory. Highly recommended.
