  I'm in awe of the amazing facility...scratch that! AMAZING NEW HOME FOR MY MOM.
  
  THE STAFF HAVE SHOWN SO MUCH AFFECTION AND ATTENTIVENESS TO MY MOM'S NEEDS FROM DAY ONE.
  
  THEY ASSESSED MY MOM'S CONDITION AND CAME BACK WITH A MASTER PLAN FOR HER RECOVERY AND ALL AROUND WELLNESS.
  
  THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. I HAVE NO WORDS...
  
  GOD BLESS EVERYONE WHO WORKS THERE. THEY'VE BEEN CHOSEN TO ASSIST THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED RESIDENTS AND THEY'RE GREAT AT IT.

  From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome and caring professional staff. We already came with so many concern from a previous rehab that was not up to par; we were amazed at how quickly they received our mother, were knowledgeable about her needs and addressed our concerns. The fact that the place is older is true but that is secondary to the security and peace that we felt instantly. I was impressed even as I just walked in when the social worker heard my name already new who my mother was and walked me over to her new room. Then i met the person who bathes the patient and she instantly established rappor with my mom. She called her Betty boop; not knowing that everyone called her that over 20 years ago. She smiled and was compliant to be bathed. Then the physical therapist was successful In getting her to walk on her first day of trying. The speech therapist fed mom her food and mom ate it all up. Goal!!!! Needless to say, the only thing that needs improvement is the makeover, but that’s already in the works. So I really want to give them a five!!!!!! Awesome place. Awesome people!!!!

  We recently did a tour visit and I could not give enough compliements on how warm, friendly and caring the staff was. We have several family food restrictions and the dinning manager Pinar was very helpful in understanding our needs and giving us suggestions on how her and her team can help. She had very great bedside manners.

  Ashbrook is one of the best places that I have had the privilege to work at. The staff are caring and truly love what they do. Whether you need Sub Acute Rehabilitation or long term care. Ashbrook is the best place to get both.
