I've also had many experiences with many different physical therapy clinics & unfortunately, not all have been good. I have had a few that have been great, however, and this was one of them. Overall, the staff at Health and Fitness is very warm, friendly and accommodating. I had no trouble rescheduling, pushing or canceling appointments and was met with nothing but kindness when doing so. Elise and Crystal were the two main people I spoke with when scheduling appointments and they couldn't have been nicer. I was treated by Drs. Alex & Igor for my injuries.
