Our child is new to the school and we are ecstatic with his, and our, experience. He is already learning, growing and developing academically and personally in impressive ways. The staff is skilled, caring and professional - they go above and beyond to provide insight and understanding for parents. We couldn't recommend The Children's Academy more highly.
Our youngest is finishing her second year at the Children's Academy, and we are happy to have found it. We had sent our older child to Alpine Montessori in Millburn, but didn't have a great experience with teacher to child attention. The "big room" at Children's Academy and is much closer to the Montessori method I remember as a child, and the number of teachers providing guidance and encouragement has had a wonderful influence on our child's love of learning and love of school. We've also loved getting to know the other children and parents. It's a special place.
The Children's Academy is an incredible place! The teachers are warm, kind and professional. Both my daughters are delighted everyday to go to school (4.5 & 3), what they have learned is truly remarkable. The Children's Academy is a true Montessori environment that is student centered. The kids also have out door free play that is crucial to a child's social/emotional development. I wholeheartedly would recommend The Children's Academy to anyone!
We love the school and staff members. Our daughters teachers are so great with her. She looks forward to going to school to see them. They also have a great range of activities for the kids through out the year for example, yoga, animal visits, music, ect. They are also very welcoming to her little sibling.
We have absolutely loved attending The Children’s Academy for pre-school and camp during the summer. My daughter has learned so much in her short time there. We can’t wait to see her flourish more during her time there over the next few years. We hope to also send our son there when he becomes of age to attend. She loves her teachers, the students and the school. We would highly recommend The Academy to everyone!
