“I really love this place. All the trainers make it fun. I had never been heavier in my life when I joined Game Changer for this Fitness Challenge. I have NEVER felt judged about my size there. I have serious knee, almost bone on bone, issues. I'm trying to put off knee replacements as long as possible. The small group training works the best for me because the trainers make adjustments in the exercises so I don't injure my knees further. My knees feel SO much better and are stronger today then they were 4 weeks ago. I also am more than a little competitive, give me a challenge and I'm going to take it. “I started seeing Dr. Steven Bacall a little more than a year ago, after my first car accident. He was my last resort before I went for surgery. I had tried everything but nothing was helping me, no injections, no pain killer, no PT was able to alleviate the discomfort. Since my first appointment with Steve, I was also treated by Sara, the acupuncturist, attended a yoga class with Risa and I have become a regular at Kerri's Reiki Healing Circle, which meets once a months. I was completely immersed in selfless, constant, dedication to my overall well-being.
