“This is a big well-stocked Bed Bath & Beyond. They will usually have just about anything you need. (Their prices are nowhere near as good as Target, though. And I don't really think the quality is consistently much better.) Most of the staff is very helpful, available and quite pleasant. But there are a few tired, scowling staffers that can pretty-much ruin the experience. Hopefully you won't have to deal with them!”

“I recently placed an order for a cake to be picked up on my way to work. The morning I was to pick up the cake, I was informed by the employees that my cake had not been prepared and would not be ready for over an hour of when I was supposed to pick up the cake. I left frustrated without a cake but on my way to work received a call from the owner. He apologized for what had happened and told me he would personally deliver me the cake where ever I needed it that afternoon, free of charge. I greatly appreciated the owner reaching out and the efforts he made remedy the situation. I will continue to give this Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins my business knowing they are willing to go above and beyond for their customers.”
