We had a very extensive flood in the basement of our home.. CCM's work was excellent. They are serviced oriented. Bryan and their staff members were very easy to work with and very obliging. The cleanup was very thorough, and the cost was thousands of dollars less than the quote from a very well known competitor. I highly recommend them.

I had an emergency and these folks came right away. They were very professional and the price was way below the estimate. I dealt with Christana and she was fantastic.

I had an unknown carpet stain that another carpet cleaner worked on but could not remove. Bryan came and gave me an honest appraisal — that he did not know whether the stain would come out but that he would try his best. Well it worked! It looks significantly better! Now I don’t have to replace the carpet!

I would recommend Bryan. He is honest and takes pride in his work.

We have used water damage and mold remediation specialists in the past, however, Certified Carpet Management is in a class of their own. They did a great job exceeding our expectations in a timely manner. Do hope you don't need their services, but if you do, look no further. You won't be disappointed.
