“I have lived at The Parc at Summit for just over a year now and it is a wonderful place to live. The renovated units are beautifully updated, there is a gym on site and parking is convenient. It's a great location with just a five or so minute walk to downtown Summit. Debbie Casale has been a pleasure to work with -- she is always available to answer questions or help with needs as they arise. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone!”

“I've rented from this office 5 times over the past year and always had a great experience. The layout of the hotel it's located in means that the person manning the desk has to also run around back and clean the cars. This happened to me once but I went around back where the cars are and the person stopped vacuuming and walked me back to the office. Very accommodating and courteous.”

“My wife and I have been looking for a Volvo XC60 for the past year and came across one of the vehicles at Smythe Volvo that had everything we needed and wanted in a car.
