(December 20, 2019, 12:11 pm)They are always very responsive and effective in appropriately diagnosing the problem which can make a big difference in the ultimate cost of the solution. Today I thought I had a leak from my water heater. They came out within half an hour ready to replace the heater under warranty. Their plumber discovered with in 5 minutes that it was just a worn out fitter for the humidifier water line. Took 5 minutes to replace. I know I can trust their assessment of the problem from previous experiences as well. I have been using their services for many years but this is my first time actually writing a review. Hope this is helpful

(December 20, 2019, 11:49 am)I had a flood in my basement. Turned out to be my water heater. Schoenwalders came out right away and replaced it. They were prompt and gave a fair price. I would use them again in the future! I will be recommending them.
