  I am surprised that the rating for this lab is so low since my experience has been exceptional over the past 5 years I have been coming here. Minimal waiting, awesome Phlebotomists, and excellent attitudes.

  I've gone to this lab several times. Easy parking and I'm usually in and out in minutes. I always make an appt. before going on the website.

  I almost did not come to this lab as I read reviews that were not positive. I did end up going yesterday early afternoon. Parking was easy and I did not have to wait very long. Shakema did my blood test and was excellent in her technique, I didn't feel a thing. She has a friendly and calming personality, which is important in her profession. All the lab techs seemed very nice.

  I took my 14 month old child for bloodwork. The person that did the job was beyond careful, sweet and patient. Thankful for his professional work and kindness.

  I was very skeptical because I read bad reviews from not just this location but all the ones close to me. I'm happy to say I had a great experience though. The sign in was easy. They have a TV screen that you watch in the waiting room that actually has your name with an approx. wait time. The time adjusts as more patients come in so you know where you stand. The woman at the desk who also took my blood was quick and precise. She got all the samples at one time, no problem. I was in and out in under an hr. I feel bad for those who did not have as good an experience as I did.
