I had my first mammogram today. The atmosphere here is very calming. The staff are professional and kind and I got my results before I left the office. I'm so glad I went here.
I have always had a very supportive, friendly experience at the office. All the techs and doctors are extremely sensitive and friendly which is great when your going for a mammogram or any other follow up. I would def recommend this office to others.
I have been getting my mammograms here for about 6 years
I stumbled on the reviews and 100 percent agree with the positive reviews
I read the negative comments and the more I get the swing of reviewing the more I see negativity that is not true or accurate It is off the cuff It is from a moment of misunderstanding
That being said
This beautiful facility found the breast cancer of my very good friend They found it right away. It was very small. Her breast surgeon was shocked it was even found, due to the small size Her prognosis is wonderful This facility saved her life
The front desk rotates. I have been there with different girls in the front They are all
wonderful. l have witnessed quite a few scenarios at the front desk
For example :
They have received gifts.
They were receiving hugs
They were making patients laugh
I have also witnessed patients giving them an attitude for a wait
I will never understand how the front desk in any facility is at fault for the weight of the patients once they reach the exam rooms It is out of their hands. Thank you for the tireless work you do It's a difficult job That entails so very much Do not let the negativity upset you Also To the one that left the front and came around to hug me, when I needed It I am blessed to know you
As for the techs . Thank you for making such scary tests easy to deal with Thank you for being so thorough, and gentle
None of the exams done there are something we want to do so thank you for helping us navigate such a scary situation in such a nice, and profesional manner

Dear mammogram technicians I would not trust anyone else . The three that I have encountered have been heaven sent I am blessed to know you

I never mind waiting when I come here. The radiologist is on site and while I am waiting he is reading my test I will know before I leave that I am okay

I forgot to mention that my friend that had the cancer, her insurance was giving her a hard time with things You handled that situation with care and told her to just take care of herself and the billing will be taken care of by the billing department and not to worry.
