I came to Amity on my hands and knees struggling with paralyzing anxiety. They advised medication but also insisted that I attend therapy. Tolu is my girl and she is AMAZING. Always happy and smiling; the positivity is contagious. She always listens to me and gives great advice. I moved out of state in 2021 and have struggled to find a new psychiatrist in my new state. I've had horrible experiences there, but Tolu has stuck by my side and will answer me anytime (even when I changed my meds too quickly and had a panic attack she called me from home). They're great and I am envious of those in NJ that will have the ability to meet with them long term!
